Staying Healthy

I am lucky enought to have a friend who has looked into healthy living extensively, she introduced me to two sources of nutrition for the body.
If like me you are not too fond of greens then the answer is "Spirulina".
Spirulina is nature's green superfood, rich in protein, 300% more then fish meat or poultry but with zero cholesterol. 58x richer in iron then spinach and also a rich source of anti-oxidants, 25x richer in beta-carotene then carrots. I now take these everyday and dont have to worry about not eating a lot of greens.



The second source is Noni juice. What is noni juice? well I asked the same question and was told noni is a fruit found in the Polynesian Islands and I was sent a word document consisting of 6 pages stating what it can be used for.
